I am a plusnet user (I'm outside of kc's area of communism thankfully).
I don't think anything jelv said was meant to be offensive, just discussing and stating facts.

Hmm... Yes that is possible. I guess then it could still be a problem as it often seems to be an issue with people rejoining being able to use their existing account.
