Fibre has gone bad in the last few weeks

I cant find the apply for ticket button anymore so im posting before i call tommorrow.

My internet has tanked within the last few weeks, so its either the internet or my router which may be only 5 years old or a little more or less..

Internet is dropping connection every now and then, web pages loading for ages and failing.  Play a game and im dropping connection mid game.  Youtube buffering, cant do more than one thing at a time or everything just stalls, CPU and system stresses are low when this is happening.

I have 2 PCs both doing the same so its not a PC fault, main PC is Ryzen 5 1600, 8 gb DDR3 @ 3200mhz, 1060GTX 6gb, Windows 10 on SSD Crucial MX500 250gb, Western Digital Caviar Blue 2gb for storage.

Other PC i3 4170, 8gb 1600mhz ram, GTX 750ti, Windows 10 on SSD Seagate 250gb, Western Digital Caviar Blue 2gb for storage.

Nothings changed, all wired connections from main point, two Cat 6 cables from router direct to two PCs.

Speed tests are terrible, especially for fibre, lowest ive ever had.  (lowest sppedtest ive had in last 24hrs)

Down: 16mb

Up:: 0.15kb

latency: 115ms leeds to Durham

When i first joined years ago i had

70mb

30mb

11ms

Long time Plusnet customer at least 8 years, broadband then fibre.
