Fibre go live day - not happened?

Today was fibre go live day, had the question/answer and email to confirm but router is still connecting to ADSL.

New Fibre cabinet gone live recently, ordered on day 1 and the Green box has acquired a sticker today so Mr Openreach has been on site. Did something go wrong?

Tried connecting through VDSL but not happening..

Auto setup on my router picks up ADSL ok though

Seems I should never have been told that today was go live - the account has moved over but not the actual physical stuff.

So another 2 weeks of depressingly slow ADSL.....  whilst waiting on Mr Openreach to do his rounds again - hopefully next time with a box of spanners not just a pretty sticker...

Come on Plusnet sort out your comms, you used to be great at this, what happened?

Had the date always been 14th Sept that would have been fine, dangling a fibre carrot for 2 weeks earlier is just mean!!!
