Fibre gaming profile settings

Is there such a thing with plusnet as a gaming set up on my profile for broadband, I know with Talk talk who I left earlier this year to join PlusNet, they had set my profile for Internet to gaming it meant that my settings were optimised for online gaming, open nat, Mtu for gaming, etc, all worked well, however it seems my PlusNet does not work that well, I have a strict, Nat, well Sometimes Moderate, how it changes from Moderate to strict, then back to Moderate is strange.
Any help with this would be appreciated.

Generally issues with NAT will be localised to the router being used by the customer. Although saying that PN does offer a connection firewall which may be causing issues for you. I suggest checking your member centre firewall and see if its currently enabled.
