Fibre fitted today. Quick question.

Hi all.
Moved from adsl to fibre today. The chap on the phone said the speed would bounce around for 7-10days.
Mr BT tested the line with his PDA type device. It came back with a really high capacity 60mb+
The upload speed is through the roof but the download speed hasn't changed at all!
Is this normal?

Your profile hadn't updated on our end.
I've just done that now and if you log into the router and disconnect then reconnect you should see a increase.
Alternatively you can just reboot our router which has the same effect.

Are you running the speedtests over a wired or wireless connection?
