Hi,
seems to have dropped off 20 minutes ago, multiple reboots on router, nothing reported on BT site.

Any chance of a status update or do I need to go on Twitter?

Hi there, You definitely don't need to Tweet us too as we're the same team that would answer you. I'm really sorry to see that there's an issue though. 

As per the graph I've included below I've just checked your account and whereas I can see that you were offline for around 50 minutes the connection has been back on since. Please do shout up if you encounter any further problems though.
