Fibre extra upgrade has gone through but hasn't.

Hi - I've tried for over 2 hours to initiate a webchat but no one seems to be available at all.

 

Can someone at PN check up on my upgrade.  I did a normal fibre to extra order on Thursday and have received the relevant emails by Friday morning and my account has been updated to Unlimited Fibre Extra but i'm still connecting at the old 40/10 speeds (I've rebooted etc but that's made no difference)
