As far as testing is concerned, everything looks good with one small exception. However a "loop fault" has been found and could be caused by internal wiring which in turn may have lowered your sync speeds. Can you try plugging your router into the master socket? I'd like to see your sync speeds again at this point. Currently you're syncing at 50.5/13.1Mbps.

When you say a shorter cable, I presume you mean a phone lead? Please also ensure no extensions etc are plugged in. If that's all done, and the sync rate is the same, please log a fault report at faults.plus.net.

What cable are you using between the master socket and router. Do you have a microfilter or filtered faceplate? If micro filter is it plugged in at the master socket anf the phone plugged into the phone socket on the same filter?
Loop faults can be reported if you have any devices that get their power from the telephone line. I have had a call blocker trigger this problem.
