Fibre , evening and morning speeds only 1-2 meg down

Hi, I wonder if a staff member or some helpful person can look at my account graph, these past few weeks my broadband speed have dropped to as low as 1 meg, last night I was unable to stream the football on my iPad which really frustrated me. 

Any help would be appriciated.

Our tests aren't showing any obvious issues I'm afraid.

Is it possible for you to test a wired connection to see if that performs any better?

I shall do another one for you, also I opened up the router to have look and I was getting a lot of firewall icmp check which failed to reach its destination? I know around this time I was trying to stream bt sports on iPad but it just kept streaming for a few seconds then buffering for ages... Unwatchable .

Don't worry about the router logs that wouldn't cause this issue.

You might want to try going through the guide here if the ethernet connection works fine.

If you want to change the wireless channel there's a video below for your router that'll help.

It's seems to be when wired, 3 tests done all above 70 down and 19 up.
I will try the channel change.

That definitely points towards the wireless being the issue.

I manually changed the station, I started with 1 and it seems to working like it used to.
I will keep an eye on it , and report back.
