Fibre dropping over ten times a day and three times contact with no resolution

Anyone else finding their fibre dropping out (going orange then the orange ‘b’ then blue again) I have tried to get plusnet to resolve third time tonight and guess what the web chat went off due to my fault!! I lost internet connection. Had lots of Line checks and still no better!! Any ideas anyone
