any ideas? We have fibre broadband with plusnet but seems to drop out 10 times a day or so. The router lights change and takes about a minute to come back on. Sometimes longer.
Thanks for getting in touch. We have run tests on our side and we have found an external fault. We have raised this to our supplier and will keep you updated here.
