Hi podman,
We can produce logs for the past 7 days on request if you need them:

Looks like the drops weren't quite at the same time but I can see you've had a few between 6pm and 7pm.
We're not aware of any issues on our side that may have affected you.

Re: Fibre drop outs dinner time

Cheers. I was away the week that is missing the issues do appear to be in the 6pm to 7pm times. IS there any further testing etc. that could be done to try and establish a cause. I will try and eliminate things from my end.
currently on Ethernet to modem direct connection since last drop.
Cheers,

Re: Fibre drop outs dinner time

HI,
is it possible to have another connection log to help investigate the times of my latest cut out.

Do red and green markers on the connection logs indicate where which end of the connection the disconnection occurred?
Tonight connection went down at about 18:15 with me pulling the plug on the bt modem at 18:25 for ten minutes to re set. The BT modem lights stayed green throughout.
Regards,

Podman

Re: Fibre drop outs dinner time

you shouldn't be pulling the plug on the bt modem at all.... it'll cause DLM to kick in.
if you must unplug it then you should leave it off for 30 minutes to minimise any DLM.

Re: Fibre drop outs dinner time

I pulled the bt modem out as part of trying to eliminate the cause guessing that if when it was plugged back in and all was well then it might be the cause of the fault.
My speed doesn't appear to have been affected.

Sure

As it must be difficult for you to see all of the disconnection times from the past hour these show as taking place at 18:19, 18:55, 18:56 and you've been online since 18:57 I'm guessing that was you disconnecting though.

Green is a connection, red a disconnection.
