Hi
I switched to fibre today.
My download speed is exactly the same as it was - about 10Mbps. What are my next steps?
Cheers
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I was just told to wait 10 days for line to 'stabilise' by Plusnet chat - is that right?

This is the output for line speed :
This is the speed test albeit done wirelessly (I need to go and get an ethernet cable long enough to reach the router).

No, there is no 10 days stabilisation period for fibre.
When a new fibre line is setup, the line is put into open mode and tries to go the fastest it can. It then takes into account how stable the line is and adjusts the speed downwards if necessary to increase stability. The line is constantly being monitored by the cabinet and automatic adjustments made.
Perhaps @Gandalf can have a look into this for you?

Has your order actually completed?
Run your phone number through the following - is there anything in the narrative about an "open order"

Hi David. Your fibre order is completed and line testing at 40mbps, but as you've found out above the speed profile on your account hadn't adjusted automatically yet. I've given it a nudge now so if you reboot your router you should see much faster speeds.

I'm not sure if it available or not... here's the narrative below. I took the word "available" to mean available to me - but not I'm think it just means available to be ordered - or whatever.
Digging through my account pages there is a ref to an order with phone line - which sort of makes me think that the only update that has happened is a change to plusnet phone line...

Gandalf answered the question.
There was no "open order" showing because the order was complete!!!
