Using the same site earlier I saw Sky and Virgin both had problems the same as we're having so it's not only Plusnet.

Oh, and right now it says this about BT:

16 September: Problems at BT

68.8Mbps Down on the speed test I just did.

Took all day though. I hope everyone else's is back up and running by now too.

Yayyyy, just ran a speedtest on on my phone when your reply landed and it says mine's regular speed again, too.

Didn't have any issues yesterday but for some reason my speedtests are all over the place today. One of today's speed test

I did notice the modem had been disconnected a couple of times yesterday evening (via the BQM) - no power outage. Maybe I need to disconnect the kit and retry. Hate doing it, usually results in slower speeds.

Mine's gone back to dial-up conditions again. Speedtest hasn't got the oomph to even start !! Bloody hell !!

yeah, mine is better than yesterday but still all over the place. Not good enough, not long left on my contract so I will be considering my options.
