Hi, my fibre is down, and phone lines close at 10pm, is there anyone available to investigate? Thanks

We're sorry to hear of this issue.

I've checked the connection and can see that there was a disconnection between 21:23 and 22:53 yesterday but are now showing that you're back online.

Can you confirm whether or not the issue is still ongoing for you?
