Fibre down?

All was running well up till about 1.30pm, all went off with orange light flashing, reboots have no effect, any ideas please?

Checking your line we can see a number of disconnections but it's been stable for the last hour or so. Just had word from a neighbour that an engineer from Openreach has been on the next road so possibly that has had an effect...
