Some more information regarding the new Plusnet hub one. It has a static orange light and the b symbol will come on for a minute then go off again, I wouldn't say it was flashing.

Hi,

An engineer has been booked for tomorrow which is great, I just need to know he is going to have the information from previous engineer's to be able to finally get this sorted out.

Can you confirm he is going to have all the information he is going to need.

The engineer should have all the previous notes.

On the off chance they don't they can contact their control to get them.
