Hi, i raised a call (#100954970 ) yesteday. Still awaiting an update on whether or not this has even been assigned to someone. It seems whenever i raise a question it's a major headache (for all involved...) so can someone shed some light on when i might get some service restored. I'll be requesting compensation from the time i raised the call. Thanks
I've just had a look at your account and can see that the fault is with the phone line, no dial tone at the moment. The ticket was picked up around 20 minutes ago and the fault has been reported to Openreach.
