Fibre down? 8th November early hours

My broadband has been down for almost an hour. Lights on the modem seem ok but got an orange light on the router - and my entire smarthome just came crashing to a halt...

I've been with Plusnet for years, and this is my longest outage (as in, it's never been down more than a minute or two, and then very infrequently). Is it just me? Has my router died? Anyone know how I find out?

In the possibly-ultimate irony, I have a new router arriving in the morning....

So my broadband was down for 3 hours in total (I was woken by flashing lights as things came back to life, yay) but is now working normally. Maybe they all took the night off at the BT Exchange.

Hey Carajp, I'm really glad to see that came back on. Sorry that we're not able to state what the cause was in retrospect but do shout up if you experience any further problems.
