Fibre disconnects when uploading files bigger than about 23mb?

Fibre disconnects when uploading files bigger than about 23mb, its a new problem, was fine previously, am using ethernet cable, any help?

Hi there,
I've taken a look at your line and there are a few disconnections showing, do these match with the times you're seeing?
If not, it's possible that the upload is being saturated and causing problems with the download meaning that you don't get any data through. If you try restricting the speed of the uploads slightly does this help?

Yes, these match, am having to chop files up to compensate to try get them to their destination, the whole point of purchasing fibre was speed, I didn't get it to slow my file transfers! It was fine before last month, I could send big files?
