Fibre constant drops

Hello there
  I've been recently experiencing constant drop outs on my fibre internet connection. All lights on my router  remain green but I cannot connect to any web pages or online gaming.
  when I check the connection on my laptop it seems  connected.
Only solution I've got is to access to the router's interface and  manually disconnect (which seems connected as well) and then reconnect.
  However this is temporary and it doesn't take long for disconnection. It may be 5-10 times a day.
Can someone  check and help with my connection please?

Hi,
I've checked your connection logs and they appear to be pretty good (except yesterday).
If you've been having this problem for a long time, I'd suggest trying via an Ethernet connection just to see if the same problem happens.

  It's been an ongoing problem  but you're right, yesterday was the worst.
  I will be monitoring the situation  like you've suggested  and report it again.
