Fibre connection

Hi, I have noticed my connection has been poor the last few weeks. I have the 40mb fibre unlimited package. I'm constantly lagging on ps4 and on our phones and ipad it says we are connected but screens are taking forever to load or refresh. Any suggestions would be appreciated  Smiley

Hi Glennmac,
I've just performed some tests which didn't show any speed issues.
This could imply that the issue is related purely to wireless connectivity. With that in mind please give the tips a try which we've listed here: http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/wireless_broadband/wireless_signal.shtml

Hi and thanks for your reply. I never game wireless, always hardwired as I know thus can effect your connection. I have tried these tips but still I seem to be lagging. I am in EU servers and have a 3 bar connection, after checking this it is between 168-185 ping. I know this shouldn't be especially with fibre. Last night I couldn't stream a programme as it kept buffering.
