Fibre connection up and down often in the last few days

Hi,
For the last few days we've had the link go up and down a lot. Nothing changed my side configuration wise. Anybody know of any outages, etc?

Due to the above, I've just raised a fault with our suppliers and we're being told that we're going to need to arrange for an engineer to visit and hopefully resolve the issues.
I've just sent you a ticket, accessible here, which I do need a response to in order to proceed.
As soon as you've responded please let me know here and I'll book in that engineer ASAP.
