Fibre connection has been dropping constantly over the past few days

Hi everyone

I recently joined plusnet fibre extra around a couple months or so ago and haven't had any problems with the connection at all until the last week or so. The connection feels slow and for the past 3 days/ nights has constantly been losing connection randomly. 

Can anyone help a brother out? I followed the broadband troubleshoot video and all looks good from there.
