Thanks for the update.
I can see that we've arranged for a replacement router to be sent to you in order to combat the above - has this arrived yet?
If you're currently using the newer router, I'd suggest raising a fault here so that we can ask our suppliers to take a look at this for you - alternatively, if the router hasn't arrived yet, give it a go when it does (it's on its way already) and let us know how you get on.
