Fibre completely stopped working tonight !

The connection has been bouncing for the last hour or so but now has given up the ghost even after 2 shutdowns !!!

HELP !!!

We are sincerely sorry to hear you were experiencing issues with your service. I can see the connection had dropped several times on Saturday, however does appear to have stabilised.

Can you let us know if you are still experience any problems with your connection still?

Yes finally after a further 30mins or so...... it appeared to come back up and stabilise as you say - unfortunately I couldnt finish listening to my favourite internet radio show, so wasn't a happy bunny and thats why these issues are so irritating as they always happen at the wrong time !

I've just seen another thread on this subject about using a BT HH5 which may resolve this - so might as well try that as its becoming far too often an issue now

OK, i've just had chance to connect via BT HH6a and it appears to connect straightaway !

Its connected at 50/8.9mbps on the line with a stable s/w conn @ 35 / 5.5

So it this stays up - naturally it would definitely point the finger at an issue with the Plusnet Hub
