Fibre cannot connect

Hi,

Apologies, foolishly posted in ADSL forum yesterday and marked fixed when the line came back.

2nd day of a significant outage of 20+ minutes.

Errors in router log "Failed to connect with some issues" no further information other than a lot of "Timeout waiting for PADO packets".

Been down 3 hours now. Any help appreciated.

Got through to customer support yesterday evening and got the connection back up. Neither the engineer nor I are entirely sure what was wrong but appears as though one of the tests run woke the connection up (re-synced?) again because nothing changed.
