Fibre broadband speed much slower than guaranteed minimum

Hi, I have unlimited fibre broadband, and my minimum download speed should be around 22 mbs but my broadband is currently at 5.8 mbs, and has been like this for the last few days! I understand the difficulties with the covid-19 outbreak but I’m still required to work from home but having extreme difficulties with the current download speeds. Any time you take to look into and rectify this will be greatly appreciated.

Testing your line shows a potential fault being picked up. Please ensure you have completed the the troubleshooting here and are currently connected to your test socket as shown here.
