Fibre broadband speed dropping

Appears this happens a lot.

My initial speed on installation was 42mbs and I was very pleased with this.

I noticed that pretty much everyday the connection drops but comes back on within minutes, ok I was informed it would for the first week but not after three months?

Have been doing speed checks and am now at 23mbs even though it says that my minimum speed should be 32.7 mbs.

Why would it drop from the initial 42mbs

Hi Graham, 

I've just been looking at this and line test aren't reflecting the problems you've mentioned. 

With that in mind it would be a good idea to rule out WiFi as the next step, can you run a test over a LAN connection to the router please?
