Ok so I posted on here, twice, no one replied....

Could someone reopen the 'ticket' then please on the basis that i am not able to perform an Ethernet connected speed test? so what now?

If the fault ticket is closed we really need a new one reporting, however if it gets to the point of sending an engineer and they find the issue is caused by wifi then there's a £65 callout fee so we really do need the speeds testing via ethernet.
