Fibre broadband not yet active!

Hi. I ordered my broadband on 6th Dec. Next day my home phone service was ready to use. So its mean after 10days I have had my broadband service. I got message that my network will be ready on 16th. I waited. But after week I got other message that my broadband service will be ready just on 29th Dec!! Why?!! I have to wait all month for my internet?! Very disappointed.

I feel your pain. It's a bummer not even before crimbo. Im in same boat too counting the days Sad . More likely be engineer availability. Engineer needs to go to the exchange to connect fibre up. What does it say on the dsl checker? Put your landline number and
Near the middle where the text is, it should say a open order is open with a date
