Fibre broadband not working
I am a new customer and it has not gone smoothly so far, I was connected on the 31st March but did not receive router for 3 days. I am a key worker working from home so this caused many issues and loss of 3 days at work. All good at first when router turned up but early hours of this morning have lost internet again and it has not come back on. I have called numerous times with no avail and emailed - it is now another days loss of working. It has now been down for 9 hours and have tried all fixes. I have orange light and red flashing broadband sign. What is going on with Plusnet !!!!!!
