Fibre broadband not activated

My fibre broadband service was supposed to be activated yesterday but I still have no connection. I got a text saying my phone service is activated but nothing about my broadband. Could someone please look into this?

Hi there, I've just checked your account and can see the fibre service is already active. 

 

Logs aren't showing an active connection yet so I'm assuming you've not connected the router up so far. Do please shout up if you encounter any problems.
