Fibre broadband keeps dropping

My broadband keeps dropping throughout the day and night. Doesn’t drop for long each time but is really annoying.

I've checked your connection and can see a few drops on the line. Before we do anything else, can you try plugging the router into the master/test socket to see if you see if this improves the stability of your line?

How do I connect to the test socket. I have a Openreach 5c master socket.

I have connected to the the test socket late on 17/04/20 and still keeps dropping.
