Fibre broadband keeps disconnecting

Hope someone can help out there.

I work from home and my plusnet router keeps disconnecting multiple times per day. Upwards of 20 times per day.

I’ve noticed my firmware is Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.226 Last updated Unknown

Is this the latest version and if it’s not could it be the cause of the disconnections.

Hope someone out there with much more knowledge than me can help

I’m having the same issue. Mine will seemingly choose which devices it will connect to but then will intermittently go down and nada.
I’ve reset the devices, the router and moved it entirely. Still no joy. This has been going on since Thursday last week and I’ve tried contacting Plus Net since then and no one has got back to me.
