Hi all and I hope everyone is doing ok.
I didn't want to clog up the plusnet phone lines so thought I'd have a go here.
I lost internet at about 11:30am today.
The modem is showing a solid DSL light.
I connect the modem to a TPlink Deco for routing and wifi. That is not syncing with the modem (no ip address etc). My home network is fine though, just nothing from the outside world.
I have rebooted everything. I have changed the CAT6 cable between the modem and Deco.
I have tried replacing the Deco with an Apple Airport Extreme that I used to use as a router. That also doesn't get anything from the modem.
Oh and I have a clear dial tone on my landline.
Any ideas?
