Hi, my fibre is running really slow. It is meant to be approx 40mb but is running at 6mb. Can this be fixed?

Can someone please look at this? I don't really expect to be paying for a service I ain't getting. No luck on phone either

I've just gone to look in to the fault but it appears to be closed off. Are you still seeing problems?
I've tested your line and it's not showing any issues:
