Fibre broadband frequently disconnecting

Switched over from broadband to fibre back in December 2019 and ever since have experienced an unstable line.

Been through the whole connect to the test socket that plusnet advise. Even replaced the master socket to a modern one.

Today it's just taken the [-Censored-], even cutting me off whilst in a work meeting 😡...

Here's some logs from today:

21:00:29, 06 Aug. (6512499.210000) PTM over DSL is down after 10 minutes uptime

Anyone got any ideas? The SNR Margin Down is pretty low which I guess is causing this.

Mostly happens at night time, especially in bad weather. We had lots of rain yesterday.

Never had this issue on basic broadband...

Cheers

Also, it disconnects at around 9pm every day. What's that all about!

Re: Fibre broadband frequently disconnecting

Anyone from plusnet shed some light on this?
It's got to be an external fault yeah?
