I'm really sorry to see that the Major Service Issue is yet to be resolved @s1mps

Unfortunately as well, due to some recent changes within BT Wholesale / Openreach, we're unable to contact the Network Incidents Team any more for further updates. Our KBD states that the MSO was due to be addressed and reoslved by 02/08/2021 at 19:00, however no further updates are available at the moment.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this has inevitably caused.

Just another quick update @s1mps 

Our team have managed to get in touch with the team that deals with Openreach IMT's, it's been confirmed that your service needs to be disassociated from the IMT. This matter has been sent across to our supplier's application support team in order to get progressed. We expect this to take 24 hours.

Once that's happened we should then be able to properly test your line and raise a fault if needed  Smiley
