Fibre broadband. No internet

All light are on apart from internet
Restart/Reset router done, username and pw check also left router off for 1 hour still no luck... no issue for months then suddenly yesterday morning internet light off...
Any suggestions..

Router: TG582n
Broadband conn: fibre
Double phone socket on the wall and using separate bt openreach box.
Note restart/reset router done
As well as username and pw check (confirm correct and working as the same as billing account login details)
Also remove bt faceplate and run directly from socket with in line DSL filter and still the same..
Isolated my original router and replace with barrowes hub one plusnet router
And connected directly to bt DSL socket and remove bt open reach box
Initialise hub one router..
Updated username and pw for my setting
And still the same ..
Power light on orange and broadband light orange..
Still the same outcome.. no internet
Also tried reconnect/disconnect internet connection in hub one controls panel and still the same..
Only thing that is common to both router
Is PPPoe is always failing to connect..
Line test also done and reset
Any suggestion?

Is your phone line working?

Do you have dial  tone, is the line quiet when you dial 17070 option 2?

Yes I can confirm phone line working. Tested while on call with plusnet
Also done 17070 quite test done working okay.
Plusnet also did a line test and confirm working okay also

A new router is on its way so hopefully that will fix the issue, fingers cross
But still not sure if it will or not because I have barrowed a spare hub one router from a friend (not used due to bought a separate router)
And still the same issue..
I will let you know/update once I have tried the new router.

Update regarding new hub one router
Tried the new router..
Change confirm from setup@plusdsl.net
To my username and password and it is still the same issue.
I have mention to plusnet while on call
That it cannot be router related issue
Because I have barrowed a know working
Router from a from a friend..
So unfortunately back to square one
No internet
Current setup
Router; Plusnet hub one ( brand new)
Connection type: fibre broadband
Note; openreach box now remove
And connected directly master socket through dsl filters. And plug in directly to hub one router (grey rj socket)

Any other suggestion
Faceplate remove

Thanks for your response we have had our visit from engineer the fault is at exchange still no word how long we will have to wait. Bt openreach have raised a ticket but we have had no connection for 7 days now.

Hi @Jovencio

 

I am really sorry but fault is still being dealt with by Openreach. According to engineer notes there is faulty card in cabinet which need to be replaced. I have updated your fault ticket here

Fibre is back and working, so thanks for the finally resolving the issue.

I do understand that it was really down to openreach , and nothing plusnet can do..

so thanks nevertheless.

although  speed is  a bit lower than before but i will leave it to stabilize for a week or so

was on download: 40.7 and upload: 7-8

 

Line state: Connected
Connection time: 0 days, 03:49:35
Downstream: 28.68 Mbps
Upstream: 5.716 Mbps

No internet access throughout the plusnet router. it's disconnected and won't reconnect I've checked all the cables and restarted the router. My area had a big thunder and lightning storm last night and it's not worked since then. Everyone within my area appears to not be affected by this thought and I'm needing help resolving this issue.
