Fibre been down for 3 days, no update in 24 hours!

Hi,
How long does it normally take to get a useful response from PlusNet via online fault logging?
After loosing my connection on Saturday (DSL light on but no activity) I reported fault on Sunday loads of updates about the call being booted around departments at plusnet but no actual useful update in nearly 24 hours, that's 3 days down now.
Swapped out all cables, replaced with plusnet router and open reach box (was using combined Draytek) and nothing.

Just popped out but will test when I get back, if that has fixed I should jut bypass support and post here, far quicker response Smiley
