Fibre availability

Hi,
I signed up to Plusnet initially under a fibre order, however this fell through since my local exchange didn't have capacity at the time.
I've been with ADSL for a couple of weeks now and was informed I'd be told when fibre was available on my exchange, however I haven't heard anything, and it looks as though I can upgrade through my account.
Could someone from Plusnet check the fibre availability for me?

Hi Rory,
Thanks for your post.
I've just had a check and Fibre is available once more, as a new ADSL contract was agreed I wouldn't be able to pop the order through this second, but if you could give out options team a quick call on 0800 013 2632 they can apply the correct Fibre package so I can get the order in today for you
