Fibre at 25% of paid for speed.

Can someone at Plusnet help? I'm paying for the 70+mb fibre broadband and for the last few weeks it's been hovering at 20-21mb - this is 25% of what I'm paying for...

 

I've tried contacting support but having to wait 60 mins (not matter what time I've called and the online support tool never appears to be working) to get someone to reply is just silly.

 

I've attached the results of the BT Performance Tester tool - you can see when I'm logged in a the speed_test user my speed goes upto 40+mb which is only approx. 50% of what I'm paying for.

 

Can someone at Plusnet fix this please (and yes I've reset my router quite a few times now)?

Can you try rebooting your router or dropping your PPP session?

I've made some changes which should fix this.
