Fibre as bad as ADSL + Ping issues

Hello i recently have changed to fibre, i kind of knew that my speeds would be the same, well i was expecting it to be a bit faster. I have problems with my ping when anyone in my house is streaming any sort of video or loading a hd picture ect, is this a problem that plusnet can fix or will i have to get a QoS router?

You should be getting much better speeds than that.
I've just checked over your account, ran some diagnostics and ruled out anything obvious from and ISP and network point of view.
I'd urge you to report this as a fault with us as soon as you can: http://faults.plus.net

Your speeds are right at the bottom of the impacted range so a fault report as Adam suggested is the way to go

Also if i max out my download speed like this should my ping increase like this, and is there anyway of stopping this, because my games are awful when anyone in the house watches a youtube video: http://i.imgur.com/nrLR13A.png
