Fibre and phone problems

Would someone be kind enough to check my parents phone and fibre connection as they report to me that the fibre is not working and their phone has been going on and off over the last 24 hours. I can pm the username

I've tested their line, and I'm not picking up on any issues. What's happening with their phone?

Looks like ill have to make another trip to her house, i was just about to kick me shoes off after a long day at work and chill in the sun

Just for the record we think they have a faulty phone and their internet was working the router just needed a reboot.
