Fibre activation

Hi can anyone explain why there is a 15 day wait for fibre activation from today, order was placed on 28th June. The website and order email i received stated 5 to 10 days. Tried phoning but pathetic service gave up on hold for 30 minutes

When I ordered my Fibre, I was given 10 working days - meaning 2 weeks basically as that excludes weekends or bank holidays if there were any. As for the phone line, yeah I was on hold for about 20 minutes or so, got through eventually though.

Cheers for reply, was not expecting it to be so long. My previous provider had me connected in 5 days so was not expecting 15 days.
