Fibre activation day - No Fibre still on plus net Broadband...

Hello,

I've upgraded to Fibre from plus nets standard broadband - My go live date was meant to be today but it's still on the original broadband package even after plugging in new fibre router. 

Can someone check this please ? second delay as router was never sent so this is now my second time having to check up on this...

Your fibre order is due to complete today but it can take anytime up to midnight.
