Fibre Upgrade

Is anyone able to double check my product upgrade to Fibre to make sure it's going through okay? I think it's supposed to switch on the 13th, my billing date. I'm a bit concerned as dslchecker is now showing that Fibre isn't currently available (it was showing available when I put the upgrade through online.)
Not sure if it matters but I've had Fibre on the account at this house before, we downgraded a good while back and now I'm upgrading again.

Just tried calling you but the call went silent. I've raised a ticket to explain what has happened, though unfortunately it's not great news.

Hi Matty, unfortunately the phone signal in my house is dreadful which is why it went dead. What exactly has happened?
