Fibre Upgrade only my upload speed changed

Hello there,

Yesterday the BT openreach guy came over and switched my broadbrand from normal to fibre. However only my upload speed has changed since then (to 1.8mbps) but my download speed is still around 2mbps.

here is what it says on my current line speed:

Estimated line speed:40Mb (This may vary between 56.9Mb and 75.1Mb) - Checked on 2016-07-20 19:11:03

Current line speed:2.2 Mb

If you reboot your router the speeds should increase.

Got the same problem, I think it's the recent downgrade of broadband together with price increase that plusnet decided to force on us? 

Anyway could you please revert my account to the previous speed or complete your downgrade?
