Fibre Upgrade - no new router yet

Hi,

 

I ordered an upgrade to fibre last Monday 8th and an email confirmed the order of a new router and said it'd go live the 15th. It is now the 15th and I have no new router or any other communications to say my fibre is due to go live.

Has my order been forgotten?

I am very sorry there has been little communication surrounding your fibre order. I've looked into this for you now, due to engineer availability in your area the completion date for your fibre upgrade has been amended to 24/10/2018. I have processed the delivery of your router and you should expect to receive this within the next few days.
